Privacy Policy

Effective August 15, 2026

1. Scope and controller contact

This Policy explains how the operators of pnl.meme process information when you use pnl.meme and its related pages, applications, APIs and features (the "Service"). The Service is a community-operated coordination and trading terminal for the $ANSEM ecosystem. It is not Ansem and is not automatically affiliated with or endorsed by people, accounts or projects shown in the Service.

The operators of pnl.meme are responsible for the processing described here. Privacy and controller requests may be sent to [email protected]. Third-party networks, wallets, blockchains and providers process information under their own policies.

2. Information we collect

Account, profile and wallet information

  • Privy user identifier, session information and X account identifier, username, display name, profile image and public profile information used to sign you in and maintain your account.
  • Your pnl.meme profile settings, public handle, selected image, connected-account preferences and public-profile setting.
  • Public wallet addresses, wallet-connection and signature-verification records, and public blockchain activity. We do not request or store seed phrases or private keys.

Connected accounts

You may add a TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Epic Games or Rockstar handle to your public profile. A handle you type or paste is a self-claim and does not prove ownership.

  • If you use CONNECT for Twitch, Kick or Epic Games, the provider may send its account identifier and available handle, display name and profile image so we can verify ownership.
  • Twitch and Kick may also provide follower and subscriber totals permitted by the read-only scopes displayed during authorization.
  • The provider access token is discarded after the permitted identity and one-time statistics reads. It is not stored or used to post, edit or act as you.

TikTok public content metrics

The shipped TikTok feature does not sign you in. When you submit a public TikTok post URL, we may resolve it and collect public post metadata and metrics such as the canonical URL, video identifier, author, title, thumbnail, public view count, source, confidence and observation time. We do not receive a TikTok access token, private account data or publishing permission.

Content, activity and communications

  • Strategies, votes, Missions, Claim nominations, Pushes, proof links, project applications, comments, calls, messages and other content you submit.
  • Review, verification, moderation, support and security records, including timestamps and authorized-operator actions.
  • Activity used to calculate Signal, PNL Points (PTS), ranks, streaks, referrals, badges, eligibility, portfolio and PnL displays.

Referral, AI and operational information

  • Referral and share codes, referring user, channel, qualified visits, attributed signups and anti-abuse signals.
  • HANSEM prompts, selected page context, requested actions, generated responses, feedback and safety or usage metadata.
  • IP address, user agent, route, request time, response status, security events, rate-limit counters, product events, performance metrics and error reports.

3. Public and third-party sources

We may obtain information that is already public or supplied by service providers, including public X profile and reach information, social links, TikTok post metrics, Twitch and Kick channel status, Epic/Fortnite statistics, public blockchain records, and token, market or price data. This may include information about someone who has not created a pnl.meme account.

We use this information to attribute public activity, show market and profile context, prevent abuse, and calculate automated rankings, badges, eligibility and performance summaries. You may ask us to correct, object to or remove operator-controlled profile information.

4. How and why we use information

  • authenticate users, maintain sessions and verify account links;
  • operate profiles, trading, leaderboards, Missions, Claims, referrals, rewards, notifications and eligibility features;
  • generate public pages, social previews and user-requested shares;
  • provide HANSEM and user-requested AI-assisted actions;
  • display public blockchain, wallet and market information;
  • secure, debug, monitor, analyze and improve the Service, enforce rules, investigate abuse and comply with law.

Where required, our legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent or authorization, compliance with law, and protection of rights. You may withdraw optional authorization, but that does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

5. Public information

Depending on settings and activity, public information may include a handle, name, image, connected accounts, shortened wallet, submissions, calls, ranks, PNL Points (PTS), Signal, market positions, transaction-derived metrics and approved proof links. Public information may be indexed, cached, copied, screenshotted or re-shared.

Disabling a profile or deleting an account cannot remove copies from third-party caches, social posts, search engines or public blockchains.

6. Cookies, analytics and monitoring

The Service uses authentication storage, a first-touch referral cookie lasting up to 30 days and short-lived referral markers. When enabled, PostHog stores an identifier in localStorage and receives explicit product events, page paths, an opaque internal user identifier, role and limited performance data. Autocapture and session recording are disabled and browser Do Not Track is honored. Sentry receives errors and diagnostics and is configured not to send default personally identifying information. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Providers and disclosures

Providers may include Privy and X for authentication, wallets and account information; Twitch, Kick and Epic Games for optional account verification; TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Rockstar for user-supplied public links or public content; PostHog for analytics; Sentry for error monitoring; Cloudflare, database, cache and infrastructure providers; Solana RPC, blockchain and market-data providers; web-push services; and configured AI providers for HANSEM.

We disclose information as needed to operate the Service, when you choose to connect, publish or share, for law, safety or security, or in a business transfer. We do not intentionally sell or rent personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Connected-account controls and deletion

You may remove optional social links from Profile under Wallet / Accounts. Removing a Twitch or Kick connection also removes its stored streamer snapshot. You may separately revoke Twitch, Kick or Epic Games authorization in that provider's settings. TikTok is currently a public-link and public-content integration, not an authorized login.

To delete connected-account data or your account, use the public account deletion page or email [email protected].

9. Retention and security

Account and connected-profile information is generally retained while the account or connection remains active. Twitch, Kick and Epic Games connect tokens are not retained. Referral cookies may last up to 30 days. After an accepted account-deletion request, access and public visibility end and direct identifiers are normally anonymized after a 30-day grace period.

Public contributions, blockchain records, transaction and reward receipts, anti-fraud records and audit history may be retained longer where needed for other users, financial integrity, disputes or law. We use access controls, server-side identity checks, rate limits, audit logs, encryption in transit and provider security controls. No system is completely secure. We will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.

10. Your choices and rights

  • disable your public profile and remove optional social links;
  • disable push notifications and honor browser Do Not Track;
  • request access or knowledge, correction, export, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable;
  • withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
  • use an authorized agent, appeal a denied request and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights where applicable;
  • complain to a data-protection authority.

Because we do not intentionally sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is currently no such sale or sharing to opt out of.

11. Children and international processing

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Users must be at least 18 under the Terms. Information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws; we and our providers use legally required transfer safeguards where applicable.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy when the Service, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will appear here with a new effective date. Privacy, data and account-deletion requests: [email protected].
