Terms of Use

These Terms govern pnl.meme and its related pages, applications, APIs and features (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these Terms. You may not use the Service where doing so would violate law, sanctions, platform rules or obligations that apply to you.

pnl.meme is a community coordination, discovery and trading terminal for the $ANSEM ecosystem. It may provide profiles, trading, Strategies, Missions, Claims, leaderboards, referrals, PNL Points (PTS), airdrop and market information, AI-assisted tools and social sharing.

The Service is community-operated. It is not Ansem and is not automatically affiliated with or endorsed by any person, account, project, protocol, exchange, network or company shown in the Service.

• X through Privy is the supported pnl.meme sign-in method.
• Twitch, Kick and Epic Games may be connected through a separate authorization flow only to verify and enrich your public profile; they do not become pnl.meme login methods.
• TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Epic Games and Rockstar handles entered manually are self-claims unless marked VERIFIED.
• You must control every account and wallet you connect and may not impersonate another person or misrepresent ownership or endorsement.
• We may block duplicates, abusive linking or suspicious activity and require additional verification.

The shipped TikTok feature reads only public content and metrics from a public TikTok post URL that a user submits. It does not sign users in, receive private TikTok account data or obtain publishing rights. TikTok and every other connected platform remain governed by their own terms, policies and authorization controls.

• Submit only public links and content you are allowed to use, and do not use the Service to bypass platform restrictions or attribution.
• A platform may change, restrict or end access. We do not guarantee continued availability or accuracy of third-party data.
• Optional links and operator-controlled data may be removed through Profile or the public account deletion page.

Public pages and links may display a handle, image, connected accounts, community activity, rank, PNL Points (PTS), Signal, market positions and other public product data. Third parties may cache, copy, index or re-share it. Social previews are snapshots and may remain stale after prices, ranks or balances change.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant the operators a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute and promote that content as reasonably needed to operate, secure and communicate the Service.

You represent that you have all required rights and that your content does not violate law, intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or platform rights.

Claims, Pushes, Trending status, Herd Highlights and similar labels do not mean a person or project supports, sponsors or endorses $ANSEM or pnl.meme. Missions and submissions do not guarantee approval, compensation, allocation, Signal, PNL Points (PTS) or any other benefit. Operators may remove or reverse abusive, unverifiable, misleading, unlawful or erroneous activity.

• PNL Points (PTS), Signal, ranks, streaks, badges and names are product reputation features unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not money, property, deposits, stored value or transferable crypto assets.
• Rules, seasons, limits and eligibility may change. Manipulated, duplicated, automated or erroneous activity may be withheld or reversed.
• Referral credit depends on qualified attribution and anti-abuse checks. Self-referrals, bots, duplicate accounts and coordinated fraud are prohibited.

Wallets are self-custodial. The operators do not possess private keys, hold customer assets, execute trades as your agent, provide brokerage or exchange services, or act as a fiduciary. Privy, wallet software, blockchains, smart contracts, RPC services, token projects and market venues are independent third parties.

You alone decide whether to sign or submit a transaction. Check the destination, token, amount, fees and instructions before signing. The operators cannot recover credentials, reverse an irreversible blockchain transaction or guarantee recovery from phishing, key loss, wallet compromise or an incorrect signature.

Crypto assets and profile markets are experimental, volatile and may lose all value. Trades, pools, vaults, fee distribution, referral rewards and other on-chain features may be affected by smart-contract bugs, exploits, validator or RPC failures, congestion, forks, transaction reordering, failed settlement, slippage, thin or absent liquidity, price manipulation, taxes and network or platform fees. There may be no buyer or exit when you want one.

Quotes, prices, market capitalization, balances, holder counts, PnL, reach, liquidity and volume may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Illustrative calculations are not forecasts and may omit fees, taxes, dilution, supply changes, price impact or the ability to sell. Verify material facts independently before acting.

HANSEM and other automated features may summarize information, draft content or prepare actions. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or outdated. Review every important fact and every action before confirming it. HANSEM is an AI system, not Ansem, and does not provide financial, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice.

Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice; a recommendation; an offer or solicitation; or a promise of profit, liquidity, allocation, reward or future value. You are responsible for your decisions, legal compliance and taxes.

You may not:

• manipulate markets, engagement, rankings, referrals, rewards, Missions or Claims using bots, farms, fake accounts, collusion, wash activity or deceptive traffic;
• impersonate others or falsely claim affiliation or endorsement;
• submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, malicious, harassing or privacy-invasive content;
• probe, exploit, overload or bypass security controls;
• use the Service in violation of law or a platform's rules.

Operators may review, restrict or remove content, suspend accounts, reverse product rewards and revoke deceptive verification. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Features, data and third-party integrations may be unavailable, delayed, changed or discontinued.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any non-excludable consumer rights or other liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Subject to that sentence and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss, lost profits or data, trading loss, third-party actions, unauthorized wallet activity, or loss caused by networks, smart contracts or providers outside their reasonable control. Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid the operators for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Where a jurisdiction does not allow a limitation, it applies only to the lawful extent.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify the operators against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your content, or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by the operators' own unlawful conduct.

We may suspend access for violations and update these Terms. Material changes take effect on the posted effective date; continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
